Ingredients:
¹/³ cup orange or grapefruit juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh fl at-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small jar with tight-fitting lid; cover and shake well. Use or refrigerate up to 5 days.
