Ingredients:


1 small onion, coarsely chopped
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves



Directions:


Combine onion, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice in food processor or blender and puree. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixed well. Use or refrigerate in covered container up to 2 days.
