Ingredients:
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
6 cups lightly packed baby romaine lettuce
2 clementines, peeled and sectioned
¼ cup snipped fresh chives
2 tablespoons pecans, chopped and toasted
Directions:
To make dressing, whisk together orange juice, oil, salt, and pepper in small bowl until well blended.
Toss together romaine, clementines, chives, and pecans in salad bowl. Drizzle dressing over and toss to coat evenly.
