Ingredients:
4 tablespoons Oil4 Fresh green chillies ( deseeded and sliced lengthwise)
2 Garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
1 teaspoon Special Spice Mixture
1 teaspoon Chilli powder
1 pinch Salt
4 tablespoons Basic Curry Sauce
1/2 Red pepper (capsicum) roughly chopped
1 Small onion (roughly chopped)
1 Tomato (quartered and deseeded)
2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 portion Lamb (pre cooked)
Directions:
Heat the oil, add the sliced green chillies and garlic. After thirty seconds, or so, add the special spice mixture, chilli powder and salt. Stir fry for ten seconds or so.
Add the basic curry sauce and allow to cook on a medium heat for one minute. Add the pepper and onion, stir fry for thirty seconds.
Add the cooked lamb and after one minute add the quartered tomato and coriander leaves. Allow the lamb to heat thoroughly. Add the lemon juice and serve.
