Ingredients:
4 tablespoons OilFew pieces Finely sliced red/green pepper
1 teaspoon Special Spice Mixture
1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Leaves (soak in a little water before adding)
2 pinches Salt
4 tablespoons Basic Curry Sauce
1 portion Chicken (pre cooked)
1/2 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
Directions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the sliced pepper and allow to sizzle.
Add the special spice mixture, chilli powder, fenugreek leaves and salt. After ten seconds add the basic curry sauce and stir until everything is mixed thoroughly.
Add the chicken and stir well for two or three minutes until it is thoroughly heated. Add the chopped coriander leaves and serve.
