Ingredients:
4 tablespoon OilFew pieces Finely sliced green or red pepper
1 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
1 Garlic clove (crushed and chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Special Spice Mixture
1 pinch Salt
4 tablespoons Basic Curry Sauce
4 oz Spinach
1 portion Lamb (pre cooked)
1 teaspoon Lime juice
Directions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan, and quickly add the sliced pepper, onion and garlic.
As soon as it starts to sizzle add the special spice mixture and salt. Mix well. After ten seconds or so, add the basic curry sauce and stir until everything is mixed thoroughly.
Add the spinach, cooked lamb and stir until lamb is thoroughly heated. Add the lime juice, stir well and serve.
