Ingredients:
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients in small bowl until mixed well. Use or refrigerate in covered container up to 1 week.
