Ingredients:
¾ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped cornichons or gherkins
¼ teaspoon cornichon or gherkin liquid
¼ teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions:
Pinch black pepper Stir together all ingredients in small bowl until mixed well. Serve at once or refrigerate in covered container up to 4 days.
