Ingredients:
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 small red onion, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ cup fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels
½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl until mixed well. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Use within 1 day.
