Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Chilli powder1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
1 teaspoon Special Spice Mixture
1/3 teaspoon Mango powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Mustard oil
230 g (8 oz) Plain yoghurt
3 tablespoons Coriander leaves(freshly chopped)
Directions:
Mix well in a non-metallic dish. Due to the yogurt in the mix, you should not refrigerate for more than 2 days.
